International Women's Rights Day on March 8th is a day when people around the world come together to speak out and take action for a culture of equality and mutual respect.
TO MARK THIS DAY, WE HAVE CHOSEN TO DECONSTRUCT STEREOTYPES BY INVITING 4 WOMEN TO SHARE THEIR DAILY LIVES. THESE SNAPSHOTS SHOW THE INTERWEAVING OF PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL AND FAMILY REALITIES, AS WELL AS THE ENERGY DEPLOYED TO ASSERT THEMSELVES IN A WORLD WHERE EQUALITY IS STILL FAR FROM BEING ACHIEVED.
These women, each in their own way, carry a message of hope. This desire to act today is being put to work for the Force Femmes association through a dedicated fundraising campaign.
Committed to the professional integration of women over 45, the Force Femmes association is partnering Fursac for the 2nd year running.
The association is working to offer practical solutions to help these women back into employment, for whom the obstacles are cumulative and multi-faceted (gender, age, family situation, etc.).
